High Commission of Sri Lanka in India

Sri Lankan Certificates/Documents:

Certificates/Documents issued in Sri Lanka need to be first authenticated by the Consular Division of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Sri Lanka in order to be authenticated by this High Commission. 

Documents issued in India need to be first certified by the Consular Division of the Ministry of External Affairs of India for authentication by this High Commission. 

I) Attestation fee For a document (except export document and  Educational Certificates)

1. If the document owner is a Sri Lankan National INR 1950
2. If the document owner is a Foreign National INR 2150

II) Attestation of Educational Certificates INR 350

III) Attestation of a set of Export documents INR 2900
