PROCUREMENT OF GOODS FOR THE SRI LANKA AIR FORCE

Bids will be invited under Intemational Competitive Bidding (ICB) method.

Interested bidders may purchase a complete set of bidding documents in English

language from the Tender Section, Procurement Division, No. 140, Sir Chittampalam A

Gardiner Mawatha, Colombo 02, Sri Lanka on submission of a written request to the address

mentioned in Para 8 bolow in -y working day between 0900 hrs to 1400 hrs from 31't October

2022 to last date of issuin! of Bidding Document as at para 01 above and upon payment of non-

refundable fee "in cash" to the Shroff at Sri Lanka Air Force Station Colombo No. 140, Sir

Chittampalam A Gardiner Mawatha, Colombo 02, Sri Lanka prior to the collection of bidding

documents. The last date of issuing of the Bidding Documents is tabulated in para 01 above.

The original receipt obtained for the payment of Non-refundable fee is to be attached to the

bid. A bid without the Non-refundable fee receipt will be considered as an invalid bid. The

complete set of bidding documents in English language could be inspected free of charge at the

address at Para 8 below or from the www.airforce.lk Web site of the Sri Lanka Air Force.
